You can delete your Nomara account and all data linked to it at any time.
In the app
- Open the Nomara app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (the gear icon at the top right of the home screen).
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm it is you with the code sent to your email, then tap Delete.
If you cannot use the app
Email support@needsolutions.net from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". After verifying the request we delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted, and when
- When you delete, your tags turn off at once, every device is signed out and notifications stop.
- Signing in again within 30 days restores the account.
- After 30 days your account, tags, alerts, chats, photos, device and session records are permanently deleted.
- Copies in encrypted database backups disappear within 14 days after that.
- Records about abuse reports may be kept, detached from the account, for up to 24 months for legal obligations.
Before deleting you can download a copy of your data with Settings → Download my data.
