These terms govern your use of the Nomara app and QR pages provided by HKSolutions. By using Nomara you accept them.
1. The service
Nomara lets people reach you through a QR tag on your belongings or vehicle without sharing your phone number. Whoever scans the tag can send you an alert, share a photo and location, and chat with you.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use a valid email address.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and device.
- The free plan includes one vehicle tag. A paid plan (Pro) is not offered yet.
3. Unacceptable use
- Harassing, threatening, disturbing or misleading others.
- Sending fake alerts, spam, or flooding the service with automated tools.
- Sharing unlawful or obscene content or content that infringes others' rights.
- Attaching a tag to someone else's property without permission.
We may suspend tags or accounts and block visitors that break these rules. Report abuse in the app or by writing to support@needsolutions.net.
4. Emergencies
Nomara is not an emergency service. If life or property is in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye and the EU). Delivery of notifications depends on your phone's settings, your connection and third-party push services; we cannot guarantee that every alert arrives on time.
5. Content
You are responsible for what you share. You allow us to store it and pass it to the other party so we can provide the service; it is deleted within the periods in the privacy policy.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by interruptions, delays or an alert that does not arrive.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app (how?). We may close accounts that seriously break these terms.
8. Changes and governing law
We announce important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer rights you have are not affected.
